Data Driven Diet is a personalised approach to dieting.

You set up rules, each of which is triggered by a threshold weight.

For example you might want to trigger a 'No Pizza' rule when you exceed 80kg or a 'Morning run' rule when you exceed 100lb.

As you lose weight you are rewarded as fewer rules are active.

If you gain weight more rules are activated.
