This application helps people dealing with two specific problems associated with the studying alone activity.
The first problem is keeping focus on the task at hand. Specially when studying some subject that you don't find interesting, the mind sometimes tend to wander and when you notice it, you just wasted 15 minutes. Some people have this problem more than others since attention span can vary greatly from individual to individual.
The second problem is keeping good posture while sitting to study. As you pay attention to your studies, you may start to change your sitting posture to one which is bad to your health.
Old habits are hard to break. When you have to make other things other than just concentrating on changing those bad habits, the harder it gets.
This application works by setting a timer that will remember the student by playing a random sound to reset his attention and posture (if necessary). The timer can be increased as the student keeps his good posture and attention for longer periods until the day he no longer requires this app, because he was able to train himself into changing his bad habits.
