This Pain Diary provides an easy method to track your pain and assign a level to that pain. Simply tap the icon that represents the level of pain you are currently experiencing. You can add a note to the entry to provide details such as your location or current activity. The data is saved with the current time and date and any note you included. You can review the data by tapping on the Pain Diary Icon. You can email the current diary for further review.
