R2Q is designed to help young people quit smoking and kick the habit for good. Commissioned by www.w-west.org.uk and the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, it is a tool for helping young Scots stop smoking.
R2Q aims to give young Scottish people the information they need to make choices about smoking. It provides tips on how to achieve your goals and lets you to track the amount of money you have saved. It shows you the associated health benefits of quitting smoking according to the length of time you have quit for.
R2Q is by young people and for young people. Youths from the Glasgow and Clyde area helped design it, and it provides young people with easy access to the real facts about smoking, with contact details for your local smoking cessation offices available in the Help section.
R2Q also has a community where young people can share their experiences with others, and can find out what is working or not working for other young people trying to kick the habit.
