So you think five grand is a lot for an Apple Watch? Guess what? Mervis Diamond Importers just opened pre-orders for it’s diamond-encrusted watch for an amount over $30,000! According to CNET, Mervis has taken an Apple Watch and tricked it out with rows of diamonds. It basically looks like several diamond tennis bracelets worn side-by-side, going from the image the company posted last week on Facebook. When it comes to tech, there’s absolutely no difference between what’s in the gold version and what’s in the plastic version. The main difference is what encases the watch. In any case, anyone who wants an Apple Watch will have to be patient; the earliest we will see them is Spring 2015.
