Flipagram app review: not just another collage app

Reviews

Introduction

Flipagram app is the latest in the collage app craze that seems to have taken over the Photo & Video category. But don't worry this time it's different, Flipagram has a gimmick.

Collage Time Again

I really shouldn't be so hard on Flipagram, it's a really great app. Which is really refreshing with so many terrible collage apps out there. Although I wasn't lying, Flipagram does have a gimmick. But it's a really great gimmick. It links perfectly with your Instagram account.

The best iPhone apps for Instagram

Filpagram's layout is easy to understand, and the interface is simple and intuitive. Like every other collage app pick the photos you want, set the timing to any length, add a soundtrack or a title and share.

The Flipagram sharing option is where things get really interesting. You can share your video of any length on Facebook, YouTube or email. You can even share on Instagram without having to manually adjust your video. Flipagram's "Auto Time For Instagram" provides a one click option that brings your entire collage within the 15 second time frame.

Great Results

The results Flipagram provides are fantastic. Great audio output and final video quality that you will be proud to share with friends and family. I wish more collage developers took this much time and effort to create something that works this well, and not bog it down with bells and whistles that no one uses. Flipagram does what it sets out to do, and accomplishes it so well that every other collage app is in its shadow.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Integrates perfectly with Instagram
  • Share on Facebook, YouTube and email
  • Great customization of your images, transitions and music

Cons

  • There is nothing negative to say about this app

Final Thoughts

I know I started off a little hard on the whole concept of yet another collage app, but do you really blame me? There's way too many out there right now. Thankfully there are apps like Flipagram who stay head and shoulders above all the imitators out there. If you really feel you need a collage app, get Flipagram or nothing.
