I have to be honest in saying that what I’ve seen from this app so far hasn’t exactly inspired much confidence in me, so I think you guys might be better off checking out one of the many competing apps available in the Medical category of the App Store.

Unfortunately there has been some doubt surrounding the accuracy of the questions and answers, and as you’ll see from the Pros & Cons section, users have mentioned this on the iTunes description page.

Pros and Cons

Pros

• Study for your NCLEX exam while on the go
• This free version contains a sample of questions so you know what to expect from the full version
• All of the content is stored locally on your device so there is no need for an Internet connection
• Upgrade to the full version via in-app purchase to access more than 700 questions

Cons

• There have been some complaints about the accuracy of the information in this app, with one user remarking: “ALL of the math questions are wrong!!!!! And some other questions have wrong answers too. 
  Not worth the $5 I paid for it. The explanations are good to have but do not provide full rationales. When answering questions, the same questions will pop up over and over even though I just answered it.
  There is a question about dissociative amnesia, with a wrong answer, and the explanation is about Dissociative Identity Disorder. These are two very different illnesses!!!”
• Another user goes on to further explain the math question issues: “Most of the questions are pretty good to help prep except that for some reason the answer to most of the math questions is provided as 0 when that is clearly not the answer and the fact that 2 of the answer choices are given as zero but only one of them is correct makes me think this is a bug, wish they would fix this, overall tho not a terrible app"

NCLEX Test Prep is probably best avoided until the issues are fixed, so be sure to check the Medical section for similar iPhone and iPad apps.
