DineCalc app review: split the bill
Introduction
DineCalc for iPhone and iPad is a very simple but nonetheless very useful tool that you can use whenever you go out for drinks or dinner with your friends, family, or work colleagues to ensure that everyone is happy with the way the bill has been split.
Split Bills in a Fair Manner
There are countless bill splitting apps within the Finance category of the App Store but this one makes a perfectly worthy contribution to the genre, making food bill-related disputes a thing of the past… or so we hope!
You can add up to nine different people when calculating how the bill will be divided, and once you’ve established who you’re dining with you can add taxes and tips to the total and assign different amounts to each person.
Share a Sundae!
One feature of DineCalc that I really like, and one that I’m fairly confident I haven’t seen in comparable developments, is the ability to split individual items between as many as four people; this is perfect if you order a platter or if a couple of people want to share a dessert.
You can quite clearly see that the developer has put some thought into the production of this app, so kudos to them and a big recommendation from me!
