BitRunner by DevJockeys is a running app that will have you on your toes to get through each level.
The game takes place in another galaxy not too far from ours, in a time that isn’t too far from the one we’re living in now. A battle is beginning between different dimensions and generations. The BitRunners are the only ones who can stop the war.

You have to run, jump, and slide your way through the worlds. Grab pixels and you run and jump over and slide under the bad guys and other obstacles. Travel though as many generations of the landscape as possible and enjoy the digital view as you run. Enjoy the variations of gaming style starting with 2bit pong-style all the way to 16bit arcade games.

As you go, you’ll unlock some new characters. You can have the music on o off, and listen to the standard music pack, polka, or rock and run. BitRunner is Game Center integrated.

Right now, BitRunner is free. The price will soon go up.

The app is optimized for iPhone 5. It was tested on the iPhone 4S and iPhone 5 as well as iPad 2 and iPad 3. The developers do not guarantee the quality on any other devices.

The BitRunner app was updated to Version 1.1 on November 17, 2012. The update fixed a bug in the Game Center screen. There are not enough customer ratings for iTunes to display an average and there are no customer feedback comments as yet.
