If you find yourself in need of an admin assistant just to get through your daily tasks, then go with the Contaqs app which touts itself as a virtual secretary. This app was designed to keep your address book well-organized so you'll be able to find information when you need it, in a hurry.

The idea behind this app is to give users an easy way to browse and quickly locate the information they need to help connect them with their colleagues, friends, and family. All the entries are clearly displayed and are complete with the name, phone number, email address, company name, and a photo. So how does the app get this information? Well it's really quite simple: it can pull all your information from your Facebook contacts and your existing address book.

Groups are incorporated as the app uses "Smart Lists" to group your contacts based on shared attributes.  Groups will be formed as batches based on company, birthdays, country, zip code or any other trait you wish.

Some other features worth noting in this app include the drag and drop functionality and the ability to nominate favorite contacts for faster access. The fact it was created to run in conjunction with your existing iPhone address book so there is no need to import data makes it ideal as well. The app is extremely fast so there is no waiting for the information to pop up and you can even create a backup to make sure all your information is kept safe.
