NutriGuides app review: with more than 300 nutrition recommendations from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Evidence Analysis Library

Reviews

Introduction

If you work in the field of nutrition then you’ll definitely want to consider this iPhone and iPad app as it contains more than 300 nutrition recommendations from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Evidence Analysis Library to help you provide the very best care possible.

The best iPhone apps for nutrition

Although I personally can’t stand the violent green color of the interface, that’s just about the only complaint I have to make about this otherwise very high-quality development. Suffice to say, I’m very impressed by what I’ve seen so far.

As someone who takes an active interest in fitness, nutrition, and the sciences thereof, I always like to review these kinds of apps to make sure the information on offer is consistent with the research, so I really like the way the developer has also included a rating system based on the supporting research.

As I touched on in the introduction, the developer has also seen fit to include a rating system based on the strength of the supporting research; I just wish more developers would take note of this so that there could be more reliable information throughout the Health & Fitness and Medical categories of the App Store!
