Coloring Book for Minion Rush Edition has a different navigation than other coloring books. The color selection is based on a color pallet that you must slide your finger to select, or tap to select. If you want the same color again, it can be difficult to get the same tone.

The coloring tool has a sliding scale beside the color pallet. You simply slid to the narrow side to select the most narrow colored line, and to the widest point to get the widest. There isn't a fill bucket, an eraser, or other options, but you can save your work with a screen shot.

The character selection is a simple choose-your-page. Your child simply scrolls through the 45 pictures until they find a page they want to color. This is easy, but I do prefer the grid layout, as it takes less time for children to choose a picture. You can also only go in direction, so if you want the picture at the end of the book, you have to go through all 45 of the pictures first.

Also, there is no black. Very dark blue, very deep red, yes, but no true black.

There is also no eraser option. This wouldn't be a huge deal if you could use white, but just as there is no true black, there is also no true white. If you are okay with a very near white to essentially whiteout your errors, then no problem!
