The Snow Fitness Workouts app can be used on your iPod touch, iPad, and iPhone and provides users with an exercise program that is meant to help get you in top ski-form. The workouts have been pre-designed so all you need to do is follow along and enjoy all the health benefits.
For many areas of the country the cold temperatures are settling in and some regions have even seen snow already so with that said it's only natural people start to think about ski season. Because you likely haven't been out in a while there's a chance you may not be in tip-top shape, which is where the Snow Fitness Workouts app can help out. This app contains exercises that are meant to target the areas you'll use while skiing, areas that can do with some strengthening and toning. Although the Snow Fitness Workouts app is kept fairly simple there are still some helpful features worth pointing out. First off there are more than 100 individual exercise sessions to make use of. It doesn't matter which one you follow you are given clear and concise instructions and you'll never require any additional equipment. These exercises are all meant to be done in your own home. All of the exercises have a target aim so you get an idea of what you're shooting for. The app keeps track of your progress so you can see how far you've come and how far you need to go still. There is a timer that is used for not just the exercises but also the rest in between them. You're also able to listen to your music from your library in the background while performing the exercises. The user interface is a bit crude in that it is quite dull but at the same time it's easy to navigate.
