There's no need to be in the same place at the same time as other meeting participants in order to hold a productive business meeting. This app gives you a way to collaborate and discuss business, plans, and ideas from anyplace. You can either host a meeting, or join one after being invited. Hosting one can literally be set up in seconds, so you can just throw a meeting on the fly.

This is great for people that travel a lot for work but still need to touch base with the home branch/office.

You're able to check out design mockups, slide presentations, spreadsheets, important reports, anything the presenter/host shares on the screen. If you're using your iPad with this app, users are able to chat face to face.

There are all kinds of fabulous features here including being able to invite people by text message or email to join a meeting, brainstorm using the whiteboard and highlighter if you're on the iPad, view up to six others with HDFaces on the iPad, and share email attachments during the meeting. While using the iPad you can share files with the Dropbox or Sharefile tools and even connect the audio through the Internet or dial into the meeting on the phone.

While this app offers plenty of great benefits, it can be a bit overwhelming in the feature department when first learning it.
