If you are looking for a new game to add to your arsenal of apps that you use to procrastinate from work or pass time when waiting in line, then Zuku Blox is one that you should definitely download on your iPhone or iPad.
This game will challenge your reflexes as you try to pop blocks floating from the bottom of the screen up top, and the interface of a retro game will make you think of simpler times.
This app can be downloaded for free from the Games category of the App Store, taking up just 23.2 MB of space on your iOS device.
As soon as you lay your eyes upon Zuku Blox's main interface, you'll know you're in for a treat, especially if you love the old school look and feel. The app looks like it could have been one of those DOS games from the early '90s, with the main menu that only consists of two options: Play and Leaderboards.
Tap the big yellow Play button and dive right in! There are three music tracks that will shuffle each time you start up a game, one by The Prodigy and two by Azureflux. This keeps the gameplay fresh and interesting.
The gaming screen consists of a gray backdrop with the number zero, which is your score, upon starting, and you'll see a blue block moving from the bottom to the top of the screen. Your mission is to tap on the blue block before it reaches the top. Too easy? Well, there will be more blue blocks, and they will only multiply in quantity as the game goes on. Each block you tap on will vanish, and you'll get a point.
You will also see green blocks with pink wings that move much faster than the blue ones to keep you on the edge of your seat.
When you reach certain scores, you will unlock achievements, which will be tracked along with your score on the Game Center.

Zuku Blox is definitely one of the better endless play games out there that not only has a simple gameplay and simple objective, but also has some funky music to go with it. I've already got this game on my iPhone and now I'm off to download it on my iPad!
