Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe Classic 2 is a fun multiplayer game that allows you to take a great two player game on the road. One of my favorite things about my device is that I can play these classic paper games with my kids on the go. Restaurants don’t always have paper, and I frankly don’t always remember it. When the kids are little I have a diaper bag full of goodies, but as they grow I have to remember to stick it in my purse, and I don’t always carry a purse. The fact that I can grab my device to play a quick game that’ll keep score, that’ll never run out of space on the placemat is a great option for me.

I also like that this particular app has a laser effect. There are lots of tic-tac-toe games, but they’re not all as nice to look at as this one. It’s my new favorite for sure! It syncs to Game Center if you’re a serious tic-tac-toe player. My son has gotten to be quite competitive with the game and it’s quite funny. He has been enjoying checking his Game Center status.

When you’re playing with a person, you can only play one level. Whatever level you’ve accomplished and they’ve accomplished, you have to play that level unless the parent goes easy on the learning child. I often will because no one likes to lose all the time! This app will present you easy, medium, and hard levels so that once you master one level you can move up to the next. You’d think with only nine squares I’d be better at the game I’ve been playing my whole life, but my son often traps me. I’ll figure out the pattern to beat him for a couple games, and then I forget again. Oh well! It’s great to see him having fun!
