Welcome to the Clyne Golf Club website. Clyne lies at the entrance to the beautiful Gower Peninsula, the UKs first designated area of outstanding natural beauty.
Designed by the legendary Harry Colt in the 1920’s, this moorland course offers a fine test of golf for all levels of handicap. Clyne prides itself on the fact that they have all year round grass tees and championship quality greens.
Clyne is listed among Peter Alliss’s 200 best golf courses in the British Isles and the course enjoys commanding views in all directions. Indeed, Peter’s father Percy Alliss was Clyne’s first professional in 1920.
The venue for the 2011 Welsh Youths Open championship, the 2014 South Wales Girls Championships and the 2014 Glamorgan Men’s County Championship, the course enjoys stunning 360 degree views, overlooking Swansea to the east, the Bristol Channel and Mumbles to the south, the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons to the north and with the commanding heights of Gower’s Cefn Bryn to the west.
The app features the Whole in One Golf GPS Range Finder and Digital Guide to playing the clubs 18 hole golf course. The App works as an virtual aid, giving you a 3D Flyover of each hole, a pin positioning system.
