So you have documentation if you need to take further action.
So you can take the time you need to reflect on what's been happening.
To relieve your stress by writing about how you feel.
The Workbullying Tracker will help you to keep track of when you feel bullied at work.
You will be able to keep track of:
- who you felt bullied you
- when and where it took place
- what happened
- who else was there
- how you reacted emotionally.
The App also enables you to email a PDF summary of all of the bullying incidents at work for a time period that you specify (using a calendar).
