Take care of yourself with this health tracker!

Healthy Me offers an integrated way to keep track of your weight, nutrition, and general well-being.

– Keep a running log of your weight:
• Customize your target weight
• Watch your weight decrease as the days go by
• See how close you are to reaching your goal with a handy progress bar
• Encouraging messages change at milestones on your road to healthiness

– Track the following throughout the day:
• Nutrition via 6 Food Groups (represented by the following icons):
Grains ~ bread
Vegetables ~ celery
Fruits ~ orange
Dairy ~ milk carton
Protein ~ chicken drumstick
Sweets ~ chocolate chip cookie
• Water intake (8 glasses per day)

Reminders to live healthily every day:
• Vitamins
• Sleep
• Exercise

- Relaxing background that changes with the time of day!
– Fun sound effects to make fitness fun!
– Optional food labels with servings count!

The first time you open Healthy Me:
1. Press the Info Button (“i” icon in the lower right) to access preferences.
2. Set your goal weight and starting weight.
3. Press "Reset Weight" to save the changes.
4. Choose the daily servings you want for in each food group.
5. Press “Done” in to return to the main screen.
(iPad users: tap the upper half of the screen.)
6. Start your health goals with Healthy Me! Each morning, the app will set your daily goals back to zero and increment the weight-tracking.

Note: Setting your weight the first time should be done with the preferences screen, as you can adjust with the easy-to-use slider.
