SkyDesk Mobile is a portal to Fuji Xerox's cloud service, SkyDesk. SkyDesk Mobile provides easy access to the SkyDesk mobile applications: Mail, Docs, Calendar, CRM and Cards. SkyDesk Mobile also supports social networking via its Updates and People features.
SkyDesk Mobile Application Features:
- Create a new SkyDesk account or sign in to an existing account
- Launch the SkyDesk mobile applications: Mail, Docs, Calendar, CRM and Cards
- Quickly scan an overview of unread emails and calendar events from the home screen
SkyDesk Mobile Social Networking Features:
- Use Updates to view the latest activities in your network as live feeds
- Filter the feeds by groups
- View detailed information about any messages in Updates
- Add your latest activities to the Feed as Status Updates or Announcements
- Use the People tab to view your network's members list
- Search and view the contact information for members of your network or filter the list by organization, groups or personal contacts
- Use the contact list to: place a call, send an email, send an SMS, place a Skype call/chat or place a FaceTime video call.
- Your iPhone temporarily stores the contact list so that you can use it while signed in even without network connection.
- You can add Location information, select targeted groups when posting message as Status Update or Announcement. While Status Update can be shared with any groups in your SkyDesk network, Announcement can only be posted to your Organization or Organizational groups.
- The audience of a message will be shown in the message feed in a truncated form. e.g. "Org + 2" is shown when two groups are selected in addition to the organization.
- To start using SkyDesk, you need to first sign up to become a user. (* User registration is free.)
- User registration SkyDesk, authentication is required by the computer. Please prepare also the environment of the PC Web browser.

- The service period of SkyDesk Mobile corresponds to the SkyDesk service period. SkyDesk cannot be used during maintenance.
