Legacy W&B is a quick and simple way to determine your weight and balance envelope and takeoff pitch trim units when operating a Legacy 600 business jet. It uses Imperial or Metric units and is applicable to airplanes S/N 625 and on or Post-Mod. SB 145LEG-28-0010. To use, simply enter your BOW and empty weight MAC% specific to your aircraft, and you’re ready to calculate. The BOW and MAC% will be kept saved, so each time you want to use the application just simply start entering the payload and fuel. Fuel burn can be entered to calculate your landing weight as well.
-Values are GREEN when within W&B weight limits, and turn RED when weight limits exceed MGTOW or MGLW.
With one touch, your weight and balance calculation can be graphed to easily examine your operational envelope.
-When CG is outside of the envelope, the CG value turns red to quickly identify an out of balance situation.
-Ability to choose between 5 different Legacy cabin seating configurations (12,13, 15, and two different 14 seat configurations).
-Ability to modify and save the individual ARM values for each of the seating configurations. This allows the ultimate customization of the app to the specifics of your aircraft.
- Passenger weights (male, female, child) will be saved if the default weight is changed, and will be loaded each time you use the application
-Keep track of a particular weight and balance by logging them. You can name the log, and it will automatically be populated with all the W&B info that is currently selected.
-Ability to enter Aircraft Tail number, PIC, SIC, and maximum takeoff weight for log information.
-Forward and Aft limits are calculated and listed in the log information.
-Email: you can email the W&B info (from the log feature), complete with the graph, payload image, data form, signature and all.

-Included: Takeoff and Landing speeds for balanced field length. Now with a flick of a couple fingers, you can easily determine your takeoff and landing V-Speeds to set in the MFD.
-For takeoff calculations, takes in account pressure altitude, temperature, thrust setting, and weight.
-For Landing calculations, takes in account weight, flap setting, and whether ice was encountered or not (for flap 45°). Also, will calculate 0 flap and overweight conditions!
