The target of this test is to evaluate the explosive force of the lower extremities by running a series of three jumps at maximum power.
The quality of the explosive force are investigated and the ability to nervous recruiting is a sign of a high percentage of fast fibers.
In this test the subject must perform a vertical jump from a standing start with no counter-down starting from the half-squat position (knees bent at 90 °), upright and holding her hands to the sides or behind the neck.
