What's New - MyTASC Mobile Version 3.0
* View MyCash (TASC Card) balance and transaction history including deposits, transfers and purchases.
* View balances for both active and closing plans.
* View plan information, plan eligibility dates, reimbursement and contribution totals, and annual election amounts.
* View previously submitted claim details such as: service date, provider, and payment amount.
* Resolve reported device specific issues and other reported bugs.
MyTASC Mobile Functionality:
* View your FlexSystem account balances for your active and closing accounts.
* View your TASC Card MyCash balance.
* Request reimbursements directly from your mobile device.
* Submit substantiation by capturing a picture of your receipts with your mobile device camera.
* Display Request for Reimbursement (RFR) details to check reimbursement amounts and status.
* Access account details for each of your FlexSystem Plans to display current plan-end dates, grace period, and run-out dates.
* Access mobile app assistance through our microbrowser enabled “Help/FAQ” page.
MyTASC Mobile Access:
* Both username and password are the same for MyTASC mobile and MyTASC web.
* Check the "remember username" checkbox and the app will remember your username even if you logout, making it faster to log back in.
