The Tensor Mobile Self Service Module (SSM) is the perfect addition to your Tensor.NET Time & Attendance System. Using the Mobile Self Service Module on an iPhone, your employees can:

- Clock In or Out (with location)
- Request a period of absence
- View their remaining leave entitlements, recent clocking history and current flexitime balance
- Book On or Off individual jobs / projects
- Receive notifications when requests are made, approved or rejected.

Supervisors can view their subordinate work colleague’s time sheets and approve or deny their absence requests. Management of requests is made easy with the aid of a calendar showing the absence of supervised employees.

The Tensor Mobile SSM implements role based security allowing you to easily choose which combination of features employees will have permission to access. Employees will only see those features to which they have been granted access.

The application adapts to loss of network connectivity by storing requests on the iPhone. When the connection is re-established any stored information is transferred to the server automatically.

Mobile clockings and job bookings are transferred to the central Tensor.NET application with the employee's global location (via GPS). An Employee's location is stored when they clock in or out and can then be plotted on a map viewable in Tensor.NET.
