The GLS App – easy and comfortable!
Using the GLS App for parcel consignees you can track or redirect your consignments online. Furthermore the GLS ParcelShop search with direct routing is included. Install the app on your smartphone and start your online parcel handling.
Track & Trace:
- Scan the barcode or enter the package number or track ID manually
- Indication of current parcel status including details
- Overview of all GLS parcels you have tracked based on parcel number or Track ID
- Search for GLS ParcelShops close to your current location
- Search for a specific GLS ParcelShop based on postcode or location
- Indication of the tracked GLS ParcelShops including routing
- Indication of detailed information about GLS ParcelShop
- Add ParcelShop to the contact list (for this functionality the application needs access to the local contact folder of the mobile device. NO data is send to GLS. Only the contact data will be added to the local contact folder in the mobile device.)
Online redirection of parcels:
- Redirection of your parcel after you get an e-mail information before first delivery attempt
- Redirection of your parcel if you were not available upon delivery and your parcel is in a GLS-Depot
- Possible delivery options: Delivery to another address or to a GLS ParcelShop, issuing deposit permission, delivery at a fixed date.
