- Create custom Workout Templates for your typical Workouts to make data entry faster, or create Workouts on the fly as desired.
- Highly customizable: Create exercises from a shortcut list or create your own exercises.
- Review previous Workouts.
- Graph your Workout data to keep track of your progress.
My goal with this application is to create a fast, user friendly method for recording your workout information to help you keep track of your workouts and accomplishments.
