ConfMeIN is an application that allows business users to send call back requests to an Avaya private branch exchange (PBX) used within an enterprise.
1-Possibility to enter the callback number manually or to fetch it from the contacts’ database.
2-Application will validate the phone number format (international format) before sending the request to the server.
3-Possibility to request new Web server IP address and the SMS gateway number using an application settings screen.
4-Possibility to send request via web services or SMS.
5-Possibility to receive notification from the server, alerting the user with the request’s status
