The Talk to app allows patients, parents, carers and visitors to the featured health care providers to give instant feedback on their visit. This, in turn, allows the organisation to respond quickly to comments, both good and bad, on service and performance around their site.
Users of the app can choose a specific location to comment on by selecting from a list of practices or wards or scanning QR codes set up at locations throughout the premises. When a comment is sent it is immediately posted on the news feed on the organisation's website and at the same time directed to the specific team to respond or fix, enabling the organisation to respond quickly and appropriately to problems, issues, challenges, a job done well or a celebration of success.
The app also allows users to give their overall feeling on how well the organisation is performing.
The featured organisations welcome all sorts of comments about their service but please remember that comments are posted on the website so any use of inappropriate language or commenting on named individuals will mean that the comment will be removed and the user could be barred from making any further comments.
