Sleep Time Alarm will help you wake up more refreshed each morning. The average person takes about 15 minutes to fall asleep and needs 5 – 6 complete 90 minute sleep cycles to wake up fully rested. With Sleep Time Alarm, you enter the time you will go to sleep, the time you need to wake up, or use the current time and Sleep Time Alarm will generate a list of the best times for you to wake up or go to sleep based on 90 minute sleep cycles. The times are color coded for a full night’s sleep (green for 5-6 sleep cycles, yellow and red for too few). There are three different modes to choose from – set bed time, set wake up time, or use the current time. Just tap an alarm tile to quickly set an alarm and you're ready for bed!
