Hocco helps you understand your habits.
Log how much you exercise, how much you eat and how much you drink.
Hocco compiles a graph where you can follow your habits over the last 30 days.
It's fast and easy to use Hocco. You log ‘small’, ‘medium’ or ‘large’ and it's you who decide how you use the groups. It makes sense to log a main meal, like a lunch, as ‘large’ and a fruit, or something similar, as ‘small’. For exercise, it makes sense to use ‘small’ for something like walking the dog and ‘large’ for a proper session at the gym. When it comes to drinking, it's reasonable only to log drinks that contain energy, e.g. milk, juice, soda, beer or wine.
You can also log a measured value. It could be your weight, waist measurement, bmi, level of glucose in your blood or something else that is important for you. You measure the chosen value as frequently or infrequently as you like, but not more than once per day.
The idea behind Hocco is that the app should be fast and easy to use, so you'll want to continue using it for a long time.
We believe you will have good use of Hocco.
