30/30 is a 30 day fitness program that involves body weight and light weight exercises for every fitness level. Each workout is a 30 minute AMRAP, each day works a different, specific muscle group, and every workout is different. This is a great program to do with a friend. You'll work at your own level, and you'll work hard for as many rounds as you can do in the time frame. Build strength, increase endurance, and shape your body!

42 DAYS OF TAK is a 7 week intense fitness program designed to increase metabolism, burn fat, build and tone muscle. You'll work hard 6 days a week for 7 weeks. Each TAK focuses on a specific muscle group - pulling, pushing, legs, and full body, and every workout is different. Increase muscle tone and strength, and lose the fat!

HST8 is an 8-week muscle-building, fat-burning program where you work all major muscle groups in each workout every other day. For gains, you'll skip cardio for these 8 weeks. For weight loss, you'll add cardio on the off day. Results will be phenomenal!

MISSION 28 - 28 days of fast paced, full body work with an emphasis on LEGS every day to lift and shape the booty! These workouts are under 30 minutes and will transform your entire body in a short amount of time!

You can do any of these programs at home or at a gym. You'll need only a few pieces of basic equipment, or if you're just beginning, you'll use only your body weight.
