Fondue Lava is a prominent Sydney based company that began in 2008 by director Antonio Tarzia.
Growing up in a migrated Italian family, Antonio was always surrounded by the love of fresh, beautiful tasting and decorative food, which drove the launch of Fondue Lava.
Fondue Lava become industry leaders in there presentation and arrangements, not only providing their guests with the ultimate in pure Belgian chocolate experience but also providing them with quality hand sorted and handmade dipping foods. So, as demand and interest increased, it prompted Antonio to share his families history and tradition in creating what Antonio believes as a dining table for all, 'Fondue Lava Southern Italian Catering', along with 'Fondue Lava Woodfired Pizza' and Fondue Lava's very own 'Handmade Hampers'.
Fondue Lava is notorious for its amazing online authentic menu, made with the finest of ingredients, some still organically grown in nonnos yard.
