BSS is a dedicated provider of Employee Assistance, Critical Incident Response and corporate psychology services to the mining, oil & gas, resources support, transport and construction industries. BSS is recognised for the experience and expertise of service delivery to industry. In partnership with a network of providers, Australia wide, BSS delivers EAP, CIR services and training in all states and territories.
The BSS EAP App allows employees (and their eligible family members) of BSS client organisations access to a range of features designed to increase the use they get out of the EAP. These include:
1. Direct phone, web, and email access to BSS.
2. Information about the services available.
3. A range of “self help” tips.
4. The ability to make, change, or cancel an appointment via email.
5. Direct access to a range of crisis contacts (including access to BSS’s 1800 Emergency contact number)
