sellPro is a customer record and product database like no other. Not only can you keep track of customer contact details and which products they have purchased, or are interested in, but sellPro has a level of customization that will make this app feel like you created it.
Having developed many customer/product management systems over the past 30 years, sellPro includes the extensive customer database programming from the Language Campus series of web based applications, and the product record coding systems from the New Zealand based International Living Cosmetics Company. With the knowledge of how CRM systems are built and used in large multinational organisations, we surveyed the direct sales markets and the small business users, and found that a CRM system needs to be able to reflect the brand and needs of the user without requiring any programming knowledge. This app does exactly that.
Choose from the inbuilt logos and icons, or add your own to highlight your brand. Change the labels for the database records or use one of the five languages built in to sellPro. Don’t like Zip Code? No problems. Change it to Post Code or even something completely different.
sellPro gives you the ability to change how you display your data and lets you work how you want to, all with the touch of an icon.
When you start adding customers and product, it is simple to associate products with each customer, including graphics and notes. Keep track of your business using the reporting screen, and email or print your individual records. Send out reminder emails to your customers, or just let them know what details you have from them.
Whether you are at a trade show selling products, showing clients properties for sale, calling on your territory with prior orders to deliver, sellPro goes with you and is simple to update while on the job. sellPro has been localized to display in English, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese, or any other language simply by entering the labels yourself.
