The MultiSportsApps will help you reach your goals faster!

MultiSportsApps (MSA) have created Applications that allow the user to take control of their training program and take the guess work out. The Apps have been developed with the athlete in mind and endeavors to assist in improving the user’s fitness and sporting performance. Our training programs have been rigorously tested and used by athletes of all ages and ability levels.

Our first App “Tri Strength” includes 22 exercises, divided into SWIM, BIKE, RUN and CORE programs. Still to be released are the PILATES, YOGA and REHAB programs. Clear color coding and silhouettes are in-built for easy navigation and to ensure you understand the context of exercise you are completing. Try the free App content and follow the suggested coaching tips to maximize your results. All you need is an exercise ball and band to get started and the beauty is, these exercises can be performed anywhere!!!
