The Awareness in Activity App – is designed to help you to apply your Alexander Technique principles into your daily life.

To change life long habits one needs to be consistent and keep reminding the body and mind of the healthy ways of using yourself. Awareness in Activity App, reminds you gently during the day to stay aware of you Awareness Focus to bring greater body, behavioral and emotional awareness into your life.

Tracking progress without getting caught in mindless repetition is a skill. The Awareness in Activity App is designed to strengthen the mental pathways of your brain, developing beneficial mind and muscle connections in your body.

It is also possible to use the App as a diary to write down your experiences along your process to greater awareness. From the Calendar Results page you can see your daily practice turning into a pattern of colors, showing your time spent with your practice.

Our App is build on three simple themes Awareness Focus and Active Rest, and the Tracking of these practices long term.

The formulated list of Awareness Focuses gives you examples to choose from or you can create your own, this can also be done together with your personal AT teacher.

The App includes a recorded audio for a guided 15 minute Active Rest, a relaxation and embodiment exercise. You can also use a timer to set your own Active Rest duration.

Stay on track by filling in the Questionnaire, the collected results will show in the calendar view.

In the Calendar overview you can see at one glimpse how your awareness practice is going. The activities are summarized in an inspiring and neutral way, with a distinctive color palette of your choice.

An advanced Reminder set-up makes it easy and fast to set and turn off Reminders for each activity, at your chosen times and dates.

Store your personal discoveries, notes and questions in the App. They will also appear in the calendar overview.
