Unity is a mobile communications app that lets you use your business phone line from your Apple device. Using it, you can make and receive voice and video calls and access your company’s phone directory and call history. You can also see your colleagues’ presence and send and receive instant messages.
The app provides the following features:
· Make and receive voice calls to other Unity users and external parties
· Make and receive video calls to other Unity users within your organisation
· Access the company telephone directory
· View your colleagues’ presence
· Send and receive instant messages
· View your call history
· Change your call control settings (e.g. call forwards)
The app requires the following:
· A subscription to Redcentric’s Unity service
· A Wi-Fi/3G/4G connection
