I should probably preface this review by pointing out that pretty much all of the content contained within this app is lost on me.  On that basis, I can only review this app based on its own merit, although I would like to say that the amount of content is truly staggering.

More than 21,000 individual codes, including all of the subcodes and long descriptions are accessible from this app, and amazingly, all of this is available absolutely free of charge!
