Save the Titanic App ReviewSave the Titanic Price: Free For: iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch 3rd generation/4th generation, iPad Alter history by saving the Titanic from its inevitable fate. 'Save the Titanic" places you in command of the ship’s helm and your mission is to steer it away from menacing icebergs in hopes of maneuvering the vessel into safer waters. The updated version 1.0.2 has tweaked the difficulty level by a few notches making it easier to handle, thereby increasing the possibility of saving the titanic. The earlier release was largely panned by critics and gamers for its impossibility to succeed. Be mindful that this game operates on precision techniques and patience, especially when executing short turns. The guys at Scary Robot Productions did not wish to push the envelope on this one and decided to decrease the difficulty rating to appease their fans. The only feature to accompany this free application is the game’s instruction manual. Don’t let the storybook theme deceive you into thinking it’s just for kids. Avoiding those jagged icebergs comes as the perfect challenge for adults who assume it’s all in the wrist. Have some fun at their expense when they fail repeatedly at a game that’s graphically designed for preschoolers. Did I mention that the Captain’s unsolicited side remarks are quite hilarious enough to get into your nerves?Save the Titanic App Review This is just one of those games that only a limited few were meant to accomplish. Be the stuff of legends and test your mettle against those odds. Let’s see what destiny has to offer in the revised edition. Finally, you have one clear shot at getting back at that oafish captain. But should you fail repeatedly yet again you could always say “the Titanic was beyond saving!”
