This is the developer who brought us “More Cookies,” “Sweet Dippy Do,” “More Grillin’,” and “Cupcakes!” In this app, you get everything you need to make, season, flavor, and share all the popcorn treats you make on your iOS device. You can use a pan, domed popper, hot air popper or even a microwave to make your popped delicacy. All you have to do is pour in the kernels and oil, if you’re not using the microwave, and either shake the pan or close the microwave door to start the process. Watch the corn pop and wait to make your masterpiece! When your popcorn is done and steaming hot, you can choose from among more than 50 toppings, coatings, and mix-ins. You can make peppermint flavored, kettle corn, wasabi flavor, caramel corn, and cheese corn. Then you can add gummy bears, nuts, chocolate chips, and other bits of candy. Shake the phone to mix the toppings in equally! When you’re done, “eat” your masterpiece or email it to your friends. You can even save it in your photos. If you’d rather continue with the game, roll it into balls or make popcorn garlands for your Christmas tree. Really, the possibilities are endless with this app. It’s even on Game Center so you can compete with people as to how many garlands you’ve made or how many bowls you’ve popped! This is a really fun app for those people who enjoy pretend food apps. For those who don’t, well, don’t bother with it. The latest update to the app was on August 28, 2012, which updated to Version 1.1. This added five new achievements and 10 new toppings and coatings. The app enjoys 547 4.5 out of five star ratings over all versions, and the most recent version has 18 five-star ratings. Customer feedback is excellent.
