iMed Lite app review: log your family’s medication

Introduction

If you or your family members tend to use a lot of different medications then you’ll definitely want to test out iMed Lite on your iPhone and iPad for a quick and easy way of recording all related and important information.

This app makes a fairly standard addition to the Medical category of the App Store, providing some basic logging features that should make it fairly easy to record the information you need, so if you’re looking for a no frills tool to track your meds, then you just found it!

I really like the way you can enter your drugs and schedule for the app to provide you with a daily plan as I think this will serve to take a lot of the thinking out of the equation so you can just receive a reminder and think, “Hey, it’s time to take x med!”

iMed Lite obviously stores all of the information you enter into it, which is very useful as you can access a full history of your family’s medication for quick and easy reference, and this will of course expand over time.

This app is free so I would recommend taking it for a spin, and if you really like what you see then you might like to consider upgrading to the full version to access even more useful features for keeping your family’s medicine in order.
