Paper Climb Price: $0.99 For: iPad with iOS 5.1 or later Paper Climb by Emoak is a challenging and fun climbing game with a totally different gameplay. In the game, you’re a rock climber but the wall you’re trying to climb is a newspaper. You have to stay on while you avoid the falling balls of crumpled up paper, high winds, groups of birds, a crazy eagle, and more. You have to use several of your fingers in order to make the game work properly. Your middle and index fingers hold onto stones while you use your thumb to move your climber up the wall. You can also make your climber jump by flicking your thumb. Avoid all 12 different types of obstacles as you climb up the paper wall. The most interesting aspect of this game is that you can actually read news, facts, and bits from Twitter as you climb. Paper Climb is integrated with Game Center so you can post your high score to the leaderboards. Unlock achievements as you go and collect push pins. The entire app is amazingly developed and you can tell a lot of effort went into creating it. All of the bits of the game are made from paper – the eagle, the rocks, the water, everything. It’s fun to look at but it’s also pretty difficult, which makes it more interesting. You have to be on your toes – or in this case, your fingers – to make it through the levels. You have to plan each move ahead but also react quickly.

The update improved the game’s start. There are currently not enough customer ratings for iTunes to display an average, but the description in iTunes posts tons of positive comments.
