Join Elmo in signing and playing games that are all geared toward teaching the ABCs and getting your child familiar with all of the letters of the alphabet. What could be more fun than playing games and singing while you learn.

Elmo comes alive your iPad with songs and videos that are designed to get your child interested knowing his or her ABCs. Most of the games in this app focus on letter identification through repeated exposure and association. Letter sounds help the child associate the sound of a letter with its appearance which contributes to improving a child’s ability to read.

Tracing and coloring activities help to build a foundation for writing. By repeatedly tracing each letter the child learns the shapes and pen strokes and furthers their ability to recognize each letter. This process also helps to grow their creativity by encouraging artistic approaches to writing.
