The Room by Fireproof Games is a game of puzzles and mystery.

You are standing in a room and door is locked. There is a safe in the room which you suspect contains the key to the exit but it too is locked. Your only option is to find a way to get into the safe so you can get out of the room, but what can you do?

The graphics in this came are superb and the light ambience provide a perfect setting for a somewhat scary yet entertaining puzzle game. Search and dig through all the objects in each room and look behind furniture in an attempt to find clues that will open the locks and set you free.

Each level gets harder as you progress and the puzzles require more thought and searching for clues to solve. You have to be very clever if you want to escape each area but that is the main attraction of this game. It requires deep thought and in some cases maybe even note taking.

This app was updated to Version 1.0.1 on December 4, 2012 and included new languages and support for the new retina displays.

This is one of my favorite game genres. I love spending hours hunting through every nook and cranny for clues and answers to the riddles that are presented. Each new answer then provides more puzzles to solve and keeps your brain working hard to figure it all out. When you finally do get out of each room there is a huge sense of accomplishment.
