Peek-a-Zoo by Duck Duck Moose is an activity-packed app for young children.
Young children love to be entertained with music, sounds, sights, and interactive games which is exactly what Peek-a-Zoo is: an amazing amalgamation of fun, learning, and excitement. This app is meant to be engaging and instructional.
Peek-a-Zoo is full of animals dancing, wagging their tails, wearing sunglasses, and more. Find the animals doing different things on different pages as you are asked to identify each animal and what they are up to. On some pages you have to find the differences, on other pages there are animals hiding that you have to find.
As the child works through the app they will learn to identify the different types of animals and to read expressions, actions such as waving, and different positions like backwards or forwards. The music is catchy and up-beat and will have your child dancing and jumping about.
Peek-a-Zoo was last updated to Version 1.1.1 on July 20, 2012 and included some minor changes. There have been 50 ratings for this app with an average score of 3.5 stars out of five.
This app is full of nursery rhymes and other great activities and that will keep your children happily singing along and wanting to get more involved in this app. I think it’s a great combination of fun and learning.
