Hunting Call is full of the various animal calls that you would typically use in the field when hunting for certain types of game. Having the right call can mean the difference between sitting in a tree all day and catching nothing or having so many targets to shoot at that you can’t decide which to kill first.

There are more than 100 calls in this app including nearly all of the various deer calls and many of the waterfowl calls that a hunter would typically use. You could use this app directly out in the field: just turn your volume all the way up and play the sounds you need to call in the game you are hunting. Another great way to use this app would be to practice mimicking the sounds with your callers.

The app is very easy to use and the interface is very clean. You can select multiple sounds and play them all simultaneously. You can also adjust the volume of each one to create the perfect series of calls. Each of the sounds have been organized into nice, neat categories for quick searching. Categories include waterfowl, bird, deer, elk, predator, and specialty.

Hunting Call was last updated to Version 2.9 on November 26, 2012 and included some bug fixes. There have been insufficient reviews for the current version but the app has 185 ratings overall with an average score of 3.5 stars out of five.

I like the various sounds this app has included. Nearly any animal you could imagine has been included and they are all well-organized.
