Sleep Time by Azumio Inc. helps you not only fall asleep but wake you up.

This multi-function app is dubbed as a smart alarm clock. It will analyze your sleep and then wake you up with an alarm clock during your lightest sleep phase. By doing this you'll actually wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start your day rather than groggy and still tired.

Because this is a multi-function app it also provides you with a soundscape that gives you music to help you fall asleep. Features of this app include a gentle breeze as the soundscape, an alarm clock that is set by gesture control, detailed weekly graphs that show your sleep cycles, and no need to find your glasses in order to read the interface.

The way the app work is that it uses an accelerometer that actually detects any movement throughout the night. Your sleep cycle is then run through the algorithm to figure out your particular sleep pattern and determine the best time to wake you. The Sleep Lab provides you with your sleep cycle analysis and you can even check out weekly graphs of your sleep cycle. If you're worried about losing your data, it can be backed up and restores on the cloud.

There were a number of great features in this app that made it stand out as an alarm clock. I really liked that it could help you fall asleep with the soundscape music and the fact it analyzed your individual sleep cycle was incredibly useful.
