FollowMyHealth Mobile by Jardogs, LLC allows you to have access to your health records from any location. This iPad app is meant to be a companion tool for Jardogs FollowMyHealth Universal Health Record users.

Features of this app include being able to communicate with your personal healthcare providers, check out upcoming appointments, request an appointment, ask for a prescription refill, check out your records (allergy, treatment, and vaccination). Use the app to also email or fax your records.

If you need an address or directions to your physician's office this is the place to find it. Instead of calling the office regarding lab results, you can just view them through the app.

The app allows you to view and manage your entire family's records. This app is very handy for viewing information while on the go and also for getting information quickly instead of having to wait to make an appointment. You can also be assured of your privacy and security while accessing your records.

When signing in just use the same login information that you would use when signing in through the desktop.

The app is laid out in such a way that you can use the tabs across the top to quickly find the information you're looking for.

FollowMyHealth Mobile was updated on Dec. 5, 2012 and currently has 133 customer ratings with an average rating of two and a half out of five stars.

The idea of the app is great and the convenience it can give you however many users seem to be having issues with it crashing and the speed at which the information is being loaded.
