Quick Drafts

Price: Free

Quick Drafts by Sebastian Obentheuer gives you a quick and simple way to make notes, lists, and messages.

This app is meant to allow you to quickly capture and then share your ideas. Ease of use is top on the priority list, which is immediately noticeable the minute you start using this app. When used as a notepad you'll be left impressed with the speed and then you'll have all kinds of ways to use your notes.

After completing your notes you can send them by email, Twitter, Facebook, iMessage or make them into to-do lists. If you want to save them you can save to Evernote, Dropbox, or send them to a text editor. They can even be posted to your own calendar.

The user interface is set up so that your notes actually feel like a notebook. You'll flip through the pages just as you would in a real notebook. You can quickly convert notes into to do checklists that features selectable items. Set alarms and reminders on your notes so nothing passes you by.

Check out the Getting Things Done (GTD) feature that will use your drafts for your tasks, projects, or shopping lists.

Quick Drafts was updated on May 4, 2013 and currently has 48 customer ratings with an average rating of four and a half out of five stars.

I really loved the attention to detail that this app featured such as being able to use it in landscape mode for two hand typing and the fact that every word and letter you type is automatically saved.

For: iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation), and iPad with iOS 6.0 or later. Quick Drafts is optimized for iPhone 5.
