I’ve been stuck at around 90 or 100 sit-ups for months now, but using this app has helped me to break through that plateau and resume the progress I was making. I’m not quite at 200 yet but the results so far have been pretty consistent.

I’ve recommended this app to a few friends already and would definitely urge you to give it a try if you are a beginner because it breaks you in nice and gently and gets you used to the workload before increasing it too much.
